These terms are issued by Classic Equestrian and are effective from 11 February 2018. They cover the use of our website www.classicequestrian.co.nz. Use includes visits to our site, purchases on our site, participation in our database and promotions. These terms of use apply to you when you use our websites. Please read these terms carefully.

While we endeavour to supply accurate information on this site, errors and omissions may occur. Classic Equestrian does not accept any liability, direct or indirect, for any loss or damage which may directly or indirectly result from any advice, opinion, information, representation or omission whether negligent or otherwise, contained on this site. You are solely responsible for the actions you take in reliance on the content on, or accessed, through this site.

Classic Equestrian reserves the right to make changes to the content on this site at any time and without notice.

To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, Classic Equestrian makes no warranties in relation to the fitness for purpose, freedom from computer virus, accuracy or availability of this web site or any other web site.

Ordering Goods and Services from Classic Equestrian

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods or services. An order is placed on our website via adding a product to the shopping cart and proceeding through our checkout process. The checkout process includes giving us delivery and any other relevant details for your order, entering payment information and submitting your order. The final step consists of a confirmation page with full details of your order, which you are able to print as a receipt of your order. Payment is through PayPal and is taken at the time the order is placed.

We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received and accepted your order, which indicates that your order has been accepted and you may not cancel it.

Refusing or Cancelling Orders

In the unlikely event that the goods or services ordered are no longer available we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe, solely by our own judgement, to be placed for commercial purposes, e.g. any kind of reseller. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe, solely by our own judgement, to have been placed fraudulently.

While we endeavour to ensure that the price and description of goods or services is accurate, if there is an error in the process of listing a product or service on our website or a technical error in the processing of your order we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order.

Our right to cancel orders also applies to orders that have been accepted.

Payment options

Website payment is through PayPal.

Internet banking is available by phoning or emailing your order through directly to the office/store.

Lay-by is available through the office/ store only.

The following conditions apply:

No lay-by administration fee will apply
Minimum lay-by value $200.00 (can be made up of more than one item)
A payment plan maybe arranged with Classic Equestrian and the plan once agreed, must be adhered to.
Cancellation Fee (we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of $10 to cover the cost of storage, processing and any loss in retail value)
Length of lay-by term is at Classic Equestrian’s discretion
No goods will be received until the lay-by is paid in full

Pricing

All prices listed on www.classicequestrian.co.nz and our Facebook site are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST. Please note that we reserve the right to alter prices on our websites at any time for any reason and the price listed on the Classic Equestrian website is not guaranteed to be the current price of any one product. Online and in store pricing may differ.

Our prices do not include freight or other charges which may be payable in relation to an order.

Advertised specials are only available while stocks last, and Classic Equestrian has the right to change the special price at any time, even after an order has been placed.

Website and Credit Card Security

We want you to have a safe and secure shopping experience online. All payments via our sites are processed using security measures.

You can help to protect your details from unauthorised access by logging out each time you finish using the site, particularly if you are doing so from a public or shared computer.

For security purposes certain transactions may require proof of identification.

Delivery and Delivery Charges

At this time, we only deliver to New Zealand addresses. Overseas delivery may be discussed with Classic Equestrian. Please note that any such international orders may have to pay customs clearance fees when the parcel arrives in the country of destination.

Classic Equestrian aims to dispatch your order within three working days of placing your order. If it is going to take longer you will be notified by email.

The goods become the recipient’s property and responsibility once they have been delivered. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within seven business days at info@classicequestrian.co.nz. We will use this delivery information to make a claim against our delivery company. We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund, once we have received confirmation from our delivery company that delivery was not successful.

Delivery Period and Freight Charges

Delivery lead time for products may vary. Deliveries to rural addresses may take longer. You will receive an email that confirms that your order has been dispatched.

To ensure successful delivery, please provide a delivery address where someone will be present during business hours to accept receipt of your package

Freight data on the website is an indication only. If we feel the rate of freight will differ from that shown on the website ( e.g. rural charges apply) we will notify you and will request the balance is paid before the item/s are dispatched.

Returns

Please visit the returns page for more information on the returns process. Gift vouchers cannot be returned because the gift voucher value is activated at the time of purchase. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Gift Voucher Usage

Pre-paid gift vouchers are redeemable for goods sold by Classic Equestrian in New Zealand. Lost or stolen vouchers are the responsibility of the holder. Gift vouchers expire 12 months after purchase.

Accessing our Service

We provide you with access to this Classic Equestrian website in accordance with these conditions

Our websites are intended to provide information for people shopping our products and accessing our services, including making purchases via our website and registering on our Facebook page to receive newsletters from us.

Please note the photos shown on the site are as accurate as possible but may vary from the actual product due to using marketing material made available from our suppliers.

Prices shown are deemed to be correct but from time to time mistakes occur. We have the right to refuse a sale if the price shown is a mistake
